Yes, if a class is full, you can usually add
yourself to a waiting list. You will be notified if a space becomes available.

If you cannot attend a class you have
booked, please cancel as soon as possible, ideally within 3 hours to allow others to take your
place. Failure to cancel may result in a penalty fee.

Yes, we offer swimming lessons for all ages and abilities,
from beginners to advanced swimmers. Please check the swimming section of our website
or contact your local centre for details and enrolment information.

Yes, children are welcome to use our swimming
pools during public swim sessions, but age restrictions and adult supervision policies apply.
Please check the specific pool's guidelines.

you can easily change your bank details, including your Sort Code, Account Number, or
Account Name. Simply head to the My Details section to update your information.

An email address is required for our online profile and booking system. If you don’t have
one, you may use a shared email address with a partner or parent. Alternatively, you will
need to set up a personal email account to proceed.

At this time, direct debit collections are processed on the 1st of each month, and we are
unable to modify this date.

You can make bookings up to 7 days in advance for pay-as-you-go options, as well as for
members with an active annual or direct debit Active Leicester membership.

• Please note that all bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Availability
  of courts, classes, or sessions is not guaranteed, as they are allocated on a first-come, first-
  served basis.
• Booking for activities opens at 9pm the day before., 7 days in advance—so be quick! If your
  desired class is full, you can add yourself to the waiting list for a chance to secure a spot.
